Carter , is seven and has a 4 stroke china 50cc front, rear brakes with stock suspension and a opened up engine (via exhaust)He has only raced a handful of times and is NOT aggressive ,but finishes and is understanding of the rules .as stated by others it is the rider that wins not the machine , he has not come to the age of pushing the limits and just wants to have a good time this is a stock class racer correct??
